Members of the Italian community, institutional representatives, and guests attended the presentation of the documentary Sotto Nuovi Cieli at the Italian State School of Madrid. The film, produced by Com.It.Es of Madrid with support from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, explores the experiences of Italian women who have chosen to build their lives in Spain. Through personal testimonies, the documentary portrays different generations and professional paths, highlighting themes such as migration, identity, integration, and gender equality. Filmed in Madrid, Malaga, and Seville and directed by Pietro Davide Jona-Lasinio, the project documents the growing phenomenon of female Italian migration to Spain and the challenges and opportunities faced by those who start a new life abroad.
